I’m a photographer and storyteller, and this blog is my personal journal — a place to record the journeys I’ve taken and the moments that refused to let go. I travel one trip at a time: chilled holidays, random day-outs, weekend escapes, and the completely unplanned adventures that somehow become the memories I talk about for years.
Here, you’ll find a focused and honest mix of travel, experiences, and the small, quiet moments that make each journey worth it.
But my travels aren’t all beaches, cocktails, and sunshine. I’ve always been pulled toward a different side of the map — the one people don’t often talk about. I have a fascination with Dark Tourism: the history, the mystery, the folklore, and the true-crime echoes hidden in places many people walk past without noticing.
I’m the person who wanders into old graveyards at dusk, follows local legends down overgrown footpaths, and finds beauty in the eerie corners of towns and cities. Haunted locations, abandoned spaces, tragic history, strange traditions, odd little attractions — if it has a story with shadows, I want to see it, photograph it, and understand it.
This blog brings together both halves of my curiosity:
the bright world of travel — warm days, spontaneous trips, the joyful and simple moments — and
the darker side of history and place — the ones shaped by secrets, superstition, and human stories that linger.
Every post here is a piece of where I’ve been, what I’ve learned, and what caught my eye or my imagination. Through my lens and my words, I try to capture not just the look of a place, but the feeling of being there — whether that feeling is calm, curious, or a little bit haunted.
So if you’re someone who loves travel, photography, honest experiences, and the stories that live beneath the surface, you’re in the right place. Welcome to my journey: bright, dark, and everything in between.
