By purchasing or downloading any digital file from ShutterStory UK, you agree to the licence terms below. All images remain the exclusive intellectual property of ShutterStory UK.
1. Permitted Use (Personal Use Only)
When you purchase a digital image, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
✔ Use the file for personal use
- Save it on your personal devices
- Use it as a wallpaper or screensaver
- Share low-resolution previews on social media with credit and a link to https://shutterstory.uk
- Print unlimited physical copies for yourself, your home, or personal spaces
This licence is for personal enjoyment only.
2. Prohibited Uses (Strictly Not Allowed)
The following actions are strictly prohibited without written permission from ShutterStory UK:

No selling, licensing, or using the image in any commercial or business context, including:
- Advertising or marketing
- Merchandise or printed products for sale
- Business websites or social media pages
- Monetised YouTube channels, podcasts, or content
- Brand assets, logos, or promotional materials
❌ Reselling, Sharing, or Redistribution
You may NOT:
- Share, send, or gift the original file to anyone
- Upload the high-resolution image to any website or platform
- Distribute the file in any form
- Include it in a shared drive, folder, or collection
❌ Editing or Altering the Image
You may NOT:
- Apply filters or colour changes
- Crop the composition
- Add or remove elements
- Use AI enhancement tools
- Manipulate the artwork in any way
❌ Use in AI Training or Datasets
The image may NOT be submitted to or used in:
- AI training datasets
- Machine learning models
- Image generators
- Any AI or algorithmic tool
❌ Removing Watermarks
If a visible or embedded watermark is present, you may NOT remove, obscure, or tamper with it.
3. Copyright & Ownership
All images and digital files are copyright © ShutterStory UK.
Purchasing a digital file grants you a licence, not ownership.
ShutterStory UK retains full rights to:
- Copyright
- Reproduction
- Distribution
- Commercial licensing
- Artistic control
4. Licence Duration
This licence is perpetual, with no expiry date, provided all terms are followed.
Any violation terminates the licence immediately.
5. Refund Policy
Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final.
